Welcome to Lion Self Defense Academy

Our training focuses on the individual and how to develop a strong foundation through conditioning exercises that enhance attributes and make trained techniques functional. The training almost always has a self defense application or attribute training. We also know that people training in the martial arts train for different reasons, be it for self-defense, cardio, strength, increased mobility, or sharing a common goal with other individuals in the same area.
